Quiet period

Peeker Energy Corporation (PEC) entered a "quiet period" on June 23, 2009, the date of its incorporation, in advance of its quarterly earnings report. During this time, the company cannot comment on any previously-issued earnings guidance or material information for the current quarter or year. The quiet period will end on June 24, 2010 with the private release of the company's quarterly earnings results. PEC is a privately held corporation.

With clean hydrogen fueled power plant projects interests from Mexico to North Africa - Middle East, Continental Africa, India and China, the opportunities are there for investors. On the other hand its new disruptive technologies, the V-GEN and PMG, plasma, remote, super small signature, MHD, power plants (soon to come), may change the energy generation, transportation, aerospace and other industries, in the near future.

PEC is not a stimulus funds infusion recipient and does not plan to submit for any such funds in the future.
